- The prices are per day excl. Local tax (€1.20 per day per person aged 15 and over) + Mobility fee €0.50 from May 2025 per night per person, and €1.10 from May 2027. The mobility fee is levied together with the local tax for guests aged 15 and over per night and offers free use of public transport
- Small dogs are warmly welcomed, however, € 8,- per day will be charged for dachshund-sized dogs, all other dogs (€ 15,- per night)
- During the high season (July, August, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and February), a minimum stay of 1 week applies,with arrival day usually being Saturday.

Our cancellation conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before departure, we only charge a processing fee of Euro 25,-.
- from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the arrangement price will be charged
- from 1 month 70% of the package price
- from 1 week 90 % of the package price will be charged.
- from 3 days before departure 100%
- Late arrival and early departure will be charged.

Payment, Minimum Stay, and Services Included in the Apartment Rate
We ask that you make a down payment of 40% and pay the balance at least one week before your arrival. For online reservations guaranteed by credit card, we also ask that you transfer the total amount at least one week before arrival. In this case, the down payment may be waived. Please note that on-site payments for the bread delivery service and for products from the farm store can only be made in cash. Thank you very much.
Many practical amenities are already included in your stay. These include, among other things, bed linens, towels, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, soap, a bread roll delivery service, farm-fresh milk, corn on the cob for the grill, salt and pepper, as well as use of the sauna and barbecue hut. Bread-on-a-stick dough is available by advance reservation. Towel changes are included starting on the 8th night. This way, you can enjoy your vacation in our vacation rental in Maishofen right from the start.
Yes, towel changes are included starting on the 8th night. You can wash them yourself beforehand, or we will charge you for one wash and dry cycle, which costs 8 euros per set.
The minimum stay depends on the season and travel dates. During peak season—such as in the summer, around Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and in February—stays are usually for one week, with a fixed arrival day on Saturday. During the off-season, shorter stays of two nights or more are also possible. For exact availability, we recommend submitting a direct inquiry or booking online.
